I’m Krysten… Certified Yoga Instructor, Holistic Wellness Warrior and Expansion Coach turned Ginger on a mission to help conscious yoga babes struggling to make an income start an online business and work anywhere in the world. 

This is no accident you are reading this. Some of us were not meant for the typical 9-5. We have an undeniable thirst for knowledge and even more so, desire to share and make a positive impact in other people’s lives. Yoga has been a gift to receive but even more profound, is the deep gratitude felt when having the opportunity to share it selflessly with others as they navigate through their own transformation. There’s nothing else like that feeling!

And while I would not trade any of my experiences for anything, the dark reality of becoming a Yoga Instructor is the logistical fact that it is a highly saturated market that notoriously underpays, regardless of the average cost of living in the area. Sadly, it is an industry that takes advantage of new instructors that are eager to share their beautiful gifts, but in turn often struggle to find work/life balance, working multiple jobs to pay the bills which, more often than not, leads to burnout. 

I’ve seen too many amazing and talented Yogi’s reach burnout and/or desperation, causing them to seek out a more ‘reliable’ full time job, likely a far cry from what their soul ultimately craves, taking them further and further away from the very thing that guided them to teach in the first place.  

I’ve been there. I know this feeling all too well. And it saddens me, but this is a common reality. 

My mission here is to disrupt the status quo and show you that there IS another way.  Your light is a BLESSING. Your voice MATTERS and you CAN create a sustainable online income by simply BEING IN YOUR TRUTH and sharing your beautiful gifts.
